the 2003 series invents its own second half, so no later point in the manga matches it.
Show and books diverge here

The 2003 series follows the manga for roughly its first half and then leaves it, inventing a different villain and a different ending because the manga was still years from finishing. That means there is no chapter it stops at, only a point where the two stories part company. Sources place that somewhere around episodes 25 to 30, which is why no exact chapter is given here. Read from chapter 1: the manga's version of the second half is a genuinely different story from the one you watched.

Two different anime came out of this one manga, and which you watched changes the answer completely. This page is the 2003 series. It began while the manga was only around chapter 28, so Arakawa asked the staff to invent their own ending, and from roughly the midpoint it tells a different story with a different villain. If you watched Brotherhood instead, that is a separate adaptation which covers the whole manga, and it has its own page here.
