The source is a LIGHT NOVEL and its volume numbering RESTARTS: the first eleven volumes are Year 1, then the series begins again at Year 2 Volume 1. Three seasons cover the whole of Year 1, so the answer is the start of Year 2 rather than a volume twelve, which does not exist. Readers generally prefer the novels to the Year 1 manga, which adapts the story less well.
